When you purchase the Advantage service plan from Centre Hi-Fi, you are assured to receive the most comprehensive coverage offering you 100% security and peace of mind.
Customers shopping at Centre Hi-fi will enjoy even more benefits included in the Advantage Service Plan.
When the Advantage Service Plan expires and no claim has been made, you will be eligible to receive a credit for the value of the plan, which can be used on your next purchase.

How It Works:
When your service plan expires, without any service call being made, simply fill out the rebate form below. Your refund claim will be processed and you will be notified by e-mail or phone when you can redeem your rebate.
You must complete the rebate form within 90 days of the expiration of the Advantage Service Plan. The rebate will be valid at the original branch of purchase for 90 days after issuance.

Money-Back Conditions:

  1. It is the customer responsibility to apply to your Centre Hi-Fi branch within 90 days of the expiration of the Advantage Service Plan. The client must use the on line application or have in-store assistance to complete it. Please allow 14 days for processing your request.
  2. Expired or unclaimed rebate credits will be canceled and will have no cash value.
  3. The credits rebate are only valid on the Total Satisfaction Service programs purchased after December 1st 2012 and the Advantage Service Plan after November 10 , 2016
  4. The rebate credit will be applied to a new purchase of a product (s) at regular price or on sale. The value of the credit cannot exceed 33% of the total price of the item(s) price(s) before applicable taxes.
  5. The rebate credit must be used in one transaction and cannot be applied to any pre-existing sale , on purchase of gifts cards or on installation service fees.
  6. The refund plan is valid in Quebec only.

Extended Service Plan Conditions:

  1. The plan covers the cost of parts and labor to replace or repair defects in the product for normal and non-commercial use.
  2. The plan does not cover damages to housings and external components and accessories
  3. The plan does not cover burned pixels in accordance with the manufacturer’s conditions.
  4. If the defective product cannot be repaired or if parts are no longer available, we may replace the product with a similar product or issue an in store credit for the actual replacement value of the product. If the product covered by this plan is replaced, the Advantage Service Plan will become void and terminated.
  5. All products must be brought to a branch or service center authorized by Centre Hi-Fi , unless you have a home service for the unit ( 48 inches television and more )with a 25 km limitation from the branch, for an evaluation.
  6. The Advantage Service Plan is transferable with the original purchase receipt only.
  7. Products with stripped or missing serial numbers will not be honored by this plan.
  8. In case of a long and unreasonable delivery time for replacement parts to repair the unit, a loan of equipment is possible.

EXCLUSIONS:

  1. The plan will not defray costs for damages resulting from shock, flames,lightning,corrosion,sand,liquid or unreasonable and abusive use
  2. The plan cannot be applied if the product has been repaired by a third party service center not authorized by Centre Hi-Fi
