  • If you find a better price anywhere (in-store, online, or advertised) within 10 days of your original purchase we will refund you the difference.
  • If we reduce our own price within 10 days of your original purchase we will refund you the difference.

Before you buy your product at Centre HI-FI:

In-store purchases
Come into any of our locations and tell us which competitor is advertising a lower price.
One of our sales associates will verify if it matches the terms of our Best Price Guarantee.
If it does, we will Guarantee our Price is Best.

Online purchases
Send an email to onlinesales@centrehifi.com with a screenshot of the item’s product page, or a hyperlink to the product page, from a competitor’s website advertising a lower price.
Our online staff will verify if it matches the terms of our Best Price Guarantee.
If it does, we will Guarantee our Price is the Best and our online staff will contact you directly to explain the purchase process.

If you bought your product at Centre HI-FI within the last 10 days:

In-store purchases
Come into any of our locations, present us with your original invoice, and tell us which competitor is advertising a lower price.
One of our sales associates will verify that it matches the terms of our Best Price Guarantee.
If it does, we will refund you the difference.

Online purchases
Send an email to onlinesales@centrehifi.com with a screenshot of the item’s product page, or a hyperlink to the product page, from a competitor’s website advertising a lower price.
Our online staff will verify if it matches the terms of our Best Price Guarantee.
If there are no Centre HI-FI locations in your area, please contact us at onlinesales@centrehifi.com and we will handle your situation personally.

The Conditions:
The product must be the same brand and model number and must be in brand new condition and factory sealed.

The product must be sold by an authorized Canadian retailer with full manufacturer’s warranty. Competitors’ prices must be in Canadian currency.

Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to products that are: demos/floor models, refurbished, final clearance, discontinued, time specials, door crashers, free or bonus offers, liquidations, rebates, one-of-a-kinds, and limited quantity products. Boxing Day and Black Friday prices do not apply.

  • Advertising errors and misprints do not apply.
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes and/or eco fees.
  • Terms of Conditions of our Best Price Guarantee are subject to change without notice.
