Do you deliver outside of Canada?
Unfortunately we do not deliver outside of Canada.
What are the different shipping methods that I can select from?
We ship all our products by Canada Post or Purolator Courier depending on the size of the item and its destination. For deliveries in close proximity to a Centre Hi-Fi location, one of our Centre Hi-Fi delivery trucks may be used to personally deliver your product.
How much will it cost to get my item shipped to me?
We welcome INCLUDED delivery on most items we sell online. If an initial delivery charge applies, it will be displayed in your shopping cart.
Are there any restrictions on the Free Shipping policy?
Yes. We do our best not to add additional costs for our customers. Fees due to distance or size may be applicable when preparing the order.
How long can I expect to wait for my shipment to arrive?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible when they are received. Processing your order internally usually takes 2-3 business days before it is ready to be shipped. Shipping times may be delayed during Black Friday and Boxing Day sale periods.
How can I track the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, a tracking number will be automatically sent to you with your receipt. Use this tracking number to track your order with the appropriate carrier.
What if I have a question about a product I see on your website?
There are many ways to get in touch with a Centre Hi-Fi sales associate who will be glad to answer any question you may have about a product. You can call any of our 60 store locations, and a sales associate from that store would be happy to assist you. If you prefer not to pick up the phone, you can email email@example.com and our trained web staff will provide you with the same great insight into any product. Please allow 48-72 hours for email replies.
