Returning an in-store purchase:

Note: Center Hi-Fi will gladly cover the shipping costs of a defective product. However, if the product is not defective, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any request for refund or exchange must be made within 10 days of the purchase date / delivery date.
Only new in box items of $150 or less are refundable.
Any refund request for new in box items of $150 or more will be required by our staff for approval.
